The conference registration fee includes all sessions, the opening reception, breakfasts, lunches, health breaks and the Wednesday reception and banquet. The registration for the conference does not include registration for a pre-conference workshop.

Registration Cancellation Policy
To cancel your registration or to make a substitution, please click here to email our conference secretariat.
Cancellations will be accepted until October 7, 2024, for a full refund. A $300 cancellation fee will apply for cancellations received between October 8 and October 11, 2024. There is no refund for cancellations received after October 11, 2024, and no refund for no-shows at the conference. Substitutions are accepted at any time.
