The Wednesday, November 5 reception and banquet are not included in the registration package.
Reception and banquet tickets are not available for purchase.
Canada Post is on strike therefore we are not accepting payment of conference fees by cheque. We encourage participants to pay by credit card if possible otherwise by direct deposit electronic funds transfer( EFT).
The conference registration fee includes all sessions, and the following meals:
Opening reception appetizers
Wednesday breakfast, morning refreshments, lunch.
Thursday breakfast, morning refreshments, lunch, afternoon refreshments
Registration Cancellation/Substitution Policy
To cancel your registration or to make a substitution, please click here to email our conference secretariat. Cancellations will be accepted until October 6, 2025 for a full refund. A $300 cancellation fee will apply for cancellations received between October 7 and October 10, 2025. There is no refund for cancellations received after October 10, 2025 and no refund for no-shows at the conference. Substitutions are accepted at any time.
